Style Guide – Spring 2014

Styles I’m loving and new trends that I want to incorporate into my wardrobe this Spring. Looking for a little fashion revamp.

(Styles from ASOS, River Island, Urban Outfitters, etc.) – I do realize that black isn’t exactly a spring colour….but thats my style!

Wishlist #3

Image

It’s flu season, so I’m home from work feeling like death and online shopping – you know, the thing I do best. Rather than a wish list from one specific place I’ve done a mashup of wish lists that I have from all over right now. Still trying to save up some money for a possible trip to Dominican in a few months, so I’m satisfying my shopping need through online browsing – both for the continuous nasty winter here in Canada, as well as for the possible sandy beaches in the near future. Hopefully I can check a few of these off my lists in the near future.

Urban Outfitters byCORPUS Mesh Inset Pullover Sweatshirt

Urban Outfitters BDG Crushed Velvet Legging

Urban Outfitters Shellys London Surba Combat Boot

ASOS: Pour Moi Africa Underwire Halter Bikini Top

ASOS: Daisy Street Pinafore Dress

ASOS: Freya D-FF Flash Dance Print Underwire Bandless Bikini Top

ASOS: River Island Mirror Embellished Drop Waist Beach Dress

Just a few things that I’ve been looking at for awhile….now lets hope that I actually follow through with some of these. I’m the worst with online browsing and never buying. SUNNY BEACHES HERE I COME. Have you been browsing/shopping online recently? Know any great, reasonably priced websites?

OOTD #1 – A Weekend with Friends

Image

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m no fashion expert. I think I have good taste….. But its not often that I put together an outfit that I really love. I thought that maybe I’d be adventurous and share a few with you, and hopefully I can expand my wardrobe within the near future – another goal for 2014.

I had a pretty busy few days this weekend, finally getting a chance to see some friends that I haven’t had a chance to see in a long time (it’s like I finally have friends again!) I didn’t think I’d have much time to get ready after work Friday, but I got off early and had a chance to run home and throw some decent clothes on. I wasn’t trying for something great, but I love what I managed to put together. Pretty simple, but comfy and trendy. What do you think?
